It may participate financially or in any other way in all companies or partnerships pursuing a similar or related purpose to the company's main purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, movable or immovable transactions and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
