The company's purpose is to engage in all real estate operations, both in Switzerland and abroad, such as the purchase, sale, holding, and construction of real estate properties, as well as all activities related to real estate investment, real estate promotion, or related fields, including brokerage, management, and administration of real estate properties, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company also aims to manage and enhance real estate value, provide financial advice, and engage in the purchase, sale, construction, transformation, management, appraisal, and brokerage of real estate properties. Additionally, the company aims to engage in all activities in the musical and event sectors, particularly in musical and artistic production, as well as artistic management and representation. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, assume participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or analogous businesses. It may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable, or immovable operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it, as well as represent all Swiss or foreign companies in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose, with the exception of those prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may grant loans and/or guarantees to its partners and/or to third parties, as well as stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and/or third parties, if this is in its interest.
