The Company's purpose is the marketing and distribution of software and similar products, as well as all related services. The Company may also engage in research and development activities related to the development of software and similar products. To this end, the Company may acquire, operate and transfer patents, trademarks and technical and industrial know-how; provide technical and administrative services; participate in industrial and commercial enterprises and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
