The company's purpose is to carry out all operations and activities in the field of real estate, as permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), including in particular the construction, purchase, sale, rental and promotion of real estate, real estate brokerage, property management, administration of condominium properties, management of renovation projects, holding of real estate or participations in real estate companies, as well as all other services related to the main purpose. The company may also: carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; participate in all Swiss or foreign companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage titles or other securities, as well as subscribe to any other financial commitment.
