The company may also: - create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; - carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or real estate transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
