The foundation's primary purpose is to promote non-profit projects in the areas of a) movement, balanced nutrition, and mental health of children, b) popular sports of young people, and c) young sports talents in niche sports. These areas specifically include the following content: a) Promoting movement, balanced and healthy nutrition, as well as mental health of children, all in accordance with the purpose and website of the fit4future foundation (CHE-111.645.696). b) Promoting popular sports of children and young people up to the age of 18, primarily through support for sports clubs and athletes. The goal is to motivate and encourage children and young people to engage in sports activities, to keep them off the streets and away from video games. This can be achieved in particular through support for sports clubs and athletes who are also active and ambitious in competitive sports. c) Promoting and supporting talented young athletes and/or top athletes in niche sports - with the explicit exception of tennis, football, and ice hockey - where the family cannot cover the necessary expenses. The foundation can directly or indirectly support all projects that correspond to the foundation's purpose. In accordance with the non-profit purpose of the foundation, its activities are not aimed at generating profits. To fulfill the foundation's purpose, auxiliary persons may also be employed. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the following activities are carried out, among others: 1. Material (including financial) support for projects that correspond to the foundation's purpose, in particular from other non-profit organizations in Switzerland and abroad; 2. Educational and awareness-raising work to promote a) movement, balanced nutrition, and mental health of children, b) popular sports of young people, and c) young sports talents in niche sports; 3. Generating donations and acquiring sponsors and supporters to achieve the foundation's purpose; 4. Supporting exchange programs to promote the cause according to point 2 above; 5. Participating in non-profit organizations in Switzerland and abroad with the aim of achieving the foundation's purpose through these non-profit organizations as well. The material resources may only be used for the stated foundation purpose. The foundation council members or persons close to them may not receive any financial benefits, profit shares, or other benefits from the foundation. No person may be favored by unnecessary administrative expenses or disproportionately high remuneration (see also Art. 6 lit. d). The foundation can also establish further foundations, subsidiaries, and branches to fulfill its purpose, as well as participate in other companies and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The foundation can also provide financing for its own or third-party accounts, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties. The company can acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate within the framework of its purpose fulfillment.
