The foundation promotes the encounter of people who are committed to a solidary society and sustainable living spaces. It initiates discussions on socio-political, theological, ecological and cultural topics, as well as other areas of focus, and can thus stimulate forward-looking projects, particularly in the social sector. It can organize seminars, discussions and other events. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation can establish and/or participate in other legal entities. It can enter into cooperations with other individuals and institutions, merge with other foundations, acquire or take over the assets of other individuals, or acquire and hold rights or real estate. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
