The company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the development of technological and financial solutions (Fintech) as well as to provide all services, consulting and innovative business models in the field of climate change and impact, more specifically the establishment of an exchange and tracking platform for exchanging carbon impact certificates and other impact proofs. In general, the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose and take participations in other companies having a similar or related purpose to its own, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
