The company's purpose is: the operation of an architectural office, the execution of all architectural, planning, construction, urban planning, study and expertise, direction and supervision of construction sites; the purchase, rental, sale, administration and financing of real estate, as well as the development of real estate projects, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to companies or third parties, if it serves its interests.
