The purpose of the company is: all consulting services in the fields of economy, finance, asset management, as well as related risks, in particular financial risks; all coaching and training activities in companies, as well as the trade of all related products; all training and coaching activities related to the physical and mental resources of the individual; the promotion and support of artists and artisans, in particular in the fields of fashion and fashion accessories. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
