The Company's purpose is to organize and develop the Backcountry World Tour (BWT), an international freeride and freestyle competition, while promoting this type of activity and its athletes worldwide. The Company also aims to organize BWT (Backcountry World Tour) events in Switzerland and abroad, ideally on every continent, to establish and supervise competition rules in collaboration with the Athletes' Committee, to obtain and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and funding, and to promote sustainable and responsible practices in the field of freeride and freestyle. The Company may also grant loans (and/or any other form of financing) and guarantees (and/or any other form of security) to one or more shareholders or companies of the group to which the Company belongs or will belong and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other businesses in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may engage in any commercial, financial, securities, real estate, and other activities related to the Company's purpose.
