The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, marketing, leasing, management, planning, administration, operation, and enhancement of real estate and personal property, excluding transactions prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), the development and realization of real estate projects, as well as all operations related to these activities. It may also:
a) carry out all commercial, financial, securities, or real estate transactions, the latter provided that they are not subject to the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE);
b) take participations in other companies;
c) in general, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
The company may have subsidiaries or create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
