The purpose of the company is the manufacture and sale of shoes, clothing, accessories and similar articles as well as textiles and similar products. The company may establish enterprises in Switzerland and abroad and may acquire participations in other enterprises, purchase and exploit intellectual property rights, participate in financial and other business transactions, and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to companies directly or indirectly controlled by it as well as to third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders and their directly or indirectly controlled companies, and may also provide guarantees of any kind for its own liabilities and for the liabilities of such third parties (including their direct or indirect shareholders and their directly or indirectly controlled companies), including the granting of pledge rights or the transfer by way of fiduciary transfer of its own assets or guarantees of any nature. In addition, the company may carry out cash pooling transactions with the aforementioned companies, including zero-balance cash pooling, with or without interest, excluding the social purpose aimed at profit, and the company may assume concentration risks in the context of such transactions.
