Bas-Valais Energie SA

The company's purpose is: a) the production and distribution of electricity for all uses, essentially in the Lower Valais region; b) participation in all industrial, commercial and financial companies and enterprises that have a connection with its own business or that could contribute to their development in any form; c) the realization of all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its own business or that could contribute to their development, including acquiring, managing or selling real estate and industrial facilities. The company may carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it, except for activities prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies that have a direct or indirect connection with this purpose.
