1. The company's purpose is: the operation of a technical engineering and consulting firm in the fields of electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, automation, supervision, regulation, instrumentation, and industrial computing, as well as in mechanics, building, and piping; all activities related to the design, analysis, calculation, modeling, technical synthesis, and consulting linked to building technical installations and infrastructures; the implementation, support, and execution on construction sites of the studies developed, including the commissioning of installations, assistance to the project owner, project management, project and work direction, as well as the management, coordination, and monitoring of construction sites; the conduct of audits, optimization, and monitoring of the energy performance of technical installations, the calculation of the Energy Reference Surface (SRE), the establishment of Heat Expenditure Indices (IDC), as well as the maintenance, renovation, and improvement of all production and distribution facilities; all consulting services in regulation, standardization, and construction economics, as well as BIM (Building Information Modeling) modeling services.
2. The company may carry out any financial, commercial, or real estate operations related to its purpose or capable of promoting it; it may, in particular, grant loans or guarantees of any kind to its partners or to third parties, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, all excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
