The company's purpose is: the sale, installation, repair, maintenance, servicing, and replacement of all types of doors, notably industrial, fire-resistant, armored, garage, automatic, interior or exterior, as well as gates, rolling shutters, motorized or automated access systems, and all types of insect screens. It can also provide emergency repair services, site management, subcontracting, or other services directly or indirectly related to its field of activity. It also engages in any activity in the field of purchasing, selling, renovating, enhancing, leasing, managing, or reselling real estate, both in its own name and through directly or indirectly owned structures. The activity may include intermediation operations in the context of real estate transactions, to the extent that they are carried out primarily on behalf of the company itself. All these operations exclude those prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable property operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans, guarantees, or any other securities and stand as guarantor for its partners or third parties, if this is in its interest.
