The company's purpose is the general construction business, total construction business, operation of an architectural office and an engineering office; purchase, sale, construction, rental, transformation, appraisal and development of real estate, promotion of real estate and financial transactions, acquisition of participations, trade, management and brokerage of securities as well as any activity related to real estate, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location, in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
