The cooperative aims to provide its members with the security guarantees (bonds) required by private or public builders/clients in connection with the fulfillment of contracts in the main and secondary construction industry at the most favorable conditions. The organs are responsible for ensuring that the cooperative is always adequately covered by a supplementary insurance for the risks arising from the security obligations for the cooperative and its members, in accordance with the respective framework conditions in the main and secondary construction industry. The area of activity extends mainly to the Prättigau region and adjacent areas.
