The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing, build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in the sense of the Federal Act on Housing and Property Promotion (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. The cooperative may acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses, before the sale.
