The cooperative aims to provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and mutual responsibility. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population, particularly families. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings. b) Construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner. c) Management and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis. d) Promoting cooperative activities in the settlements. e) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy, and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
