The cooperative aims to create permanently healthy and affordable housing for its members and possibly other persons. Primarily through the acquisition of the "Pünt" property in Regensberg and its development up to the construction of affordable housing that supports the development of the municipality of Regensberg. It promotes cohabitation in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land; b) Construction of properties that meet contemporary cooperative housing needs; c) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings; d) Construction of replacement buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renewed in an economically viable manner; e) Utilization of promotion instruments according to the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and municipal laws; f) Management and rental of apartments on the basis of cost rent; g) Promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements; h) Ideological and material support of efforts aimed at affordable and good housing. The activity of the cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives and participations.
