The Company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate properties held through participations or buildings are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use) or movable transactions, and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland, buildings with exclusively commercial use) and intellectual property. The Company may also acquire participations in other companies and acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose (with regard to companies holding real estate properties located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use).
