The company's purpose is: a) to provide all services in the field of asset management within the meaning of Art. 19 para. 1 LIsFI; b) to establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; c) to participate in, acquire or establish any company directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for participations in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland; d) to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this is in its interest. It may also carry out any commercial, financial, securities or real estate transaction directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
