To provide family office-type services to affiliated individuals and companies (direct or indirect subsidiaries, sister companies, parent companies and/or other individuals and entities with which it has commercial or family ties), including, but not limited to, the following services: asset management, administrative assistance and strategic, legal, tax, financial and/or asset management consulting. The company may also provide various administrative assistance and consulting services to third parties. Furthermore, the company may, on an international level, engage in the following activities: trading, purchasing and selling in the fields of oil, chemicals, petrochemicals, packaging, construction materials and industrial equipment, and trading, purchasing and selling of all kinds of food products and food derivatives, import-export (including transportation), distribution, trading and sale of wines, sparkling wines, champagnes, spirits or any other alcoholic beverages in Switzerland and abroad, all activities in the field of consulting, as well as the acquisition, administration and management of financial, commercial and industrial participations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and the realization and administration of commercial and industrial partnerships. The company may also carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its objectives, establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any undertaking having a direct or indirect connection with its objectives, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may not acquire any real estate participation in Switzerland, unless the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners permits it.
