The company's purpose is the management of patrimonial assets on behalf of persons who have economic or family ties with the company or its partners, as well as investment advice. It may carry out all operations related to this activity and all operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE). It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to companies of the same group and conclude all contracts likely to develop or achieve its purpose or related directly or indirectly thereto.
