The company's purpose is the import, export, purchase, sale and trade of cosmetic products, clothing, natural products, textiles, shoes and accessories. The company also aims to act as a medical tourism agency specialized in planning medical stays abroad, particularly with regard to aesthetic surgery, gastric surgery, dental care, as well as vehicle rental and professional transportation of people. The company may also: a) carry out all financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
