The company's purpose is: study, planning, construction and operation of energy production facilities in the field of renewable energies; treatment of wood, green waste, ligneous waste and other biomass by methanization, thermal valorization or composting processes; provision of services and marketing of equipment, machines and installations related to the exploitation and production of renewable energies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
