The company's purpose is to provide commercial services such as leasing, management, trading and maintenance of land and sea vehicles using (without limitation) blockchain technologies, as well as any other activity directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned object or promoting its realization. The company may, in particular and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: (i) engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding operations subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or in direct or indirect relation with it; (ii) create branches or subsidiaries; (iii) participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; (iv) file, acquire, hold and sell patents or all intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; (v) grant (i) loans and/or any other form of financing or (ii) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the Company.
