The purpose of the company is: a) to provide advice on corporate strategies and to assume mandates as a director or manager of companies; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to participate in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans and/or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
