It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, and may be interested in all related or similar businesses that may develop its purpose. The company may also subscribe to all acts of intercession on behalf of third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of pledges, guarantees or others, if this favors its interests.
