It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or related companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
