The company's purpose is to operate an engineering office in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene and Ergonomics (OHSE), Fire Protection (AEAI) and Real Estate Expertise, and to establish a cantonal energy certificate for buildings (CECB), electrical inspections in accordance with the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Electrical Installations (OIBT) and continuous improvement. It also aims to provide consulting, expertise, support, design and animation of training modules in the aforementioned fields, as well as management and administration of companies, consulting in the fields of business management and human resources, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, holding participations in all companies and businesses, carrying out all real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and providing all maintenance services in the building sector. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
