The company's main purpose is to subscribe to, acquire, sell and manage all types of participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, favoring its development and which is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and to third parties, grant leases, stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
