The core activity of TeamAssist, led by Kerstin Borek-Hopp, is the provision of services in the field of social work and social management. Specifically, this includes: temporary deployments in social work to bridge personnel gaps in social offices and services, interim management of social departments, mandates and investigations in adult protection, organizational consulting for social institutions and municipalities, assistance in creating statistics and reports (e.g. BFS statistics), development of concepts, regulations and controlling instruments for social institutions, coaching and training of employees in social work, and support in personnel recruitment and development in social institutions.
