Timber construction

Advisory and renovation of roofs, including assessment of ageing, weather-related impacts and possible renovation requirements to preserve function and value.

Building envelope refurbishment

Refurbishment of building envelopes to protect against heat, frost, moisture and insufficient ventilation; improving energy consumption, market value and building fabric.

Facades

Ventilated facades made of wood as well as facades with clinker, thermal insulation, metal, glass, plastic, fibre cement or slate.

Crane work

Use of the company’s own telescopic terrain crane as a substitute for a construction crane, for work in remote locations or as a work platform on facades; feasibility checks and execution.

Photovoltaic system (PV)

Planning and use of photovoltaic systems to convert solar radiation into electrical energy, with grid feed-in or storage of the solar power.
