This foundation is established exclusively for public benefit purposes. The purpose of the foundation pursues essentially three main objectives: The primary objective is to promote and support national and international cultural, tax-exempt institutions, organizations, and individuals active in the fields of museums and music in general, worldwide (both domestically and abroad). Furthermore, the foundation will support tax-exempt organizations concerned with healthcare and (cultural) education of children worldwide (both domestically and abroad). Finally, the foundation aims to promote charity in developing and emerging countries, as well as the promotion and development of children and adults in the most needy regions of the world, with particular consideration for the consequences of warlike events and especially children. In doing so, it advocates for their well-being, particularly by ensuring their basic needs in all areas, including nutrition, health, education, and other charitable purposes. The foundation pursues its purpose primarily by providing one-time or recurring contributions to tax-exempt and non-profit institutions, organizations, or individuals. It can also participate directly in non-profit projects carried out by tax-exempt institutions and organizations. The foundation is thus active for public benefit and does not aim to make a profit. As a secondary purpose, it can also acquire, hold, and sell real estate, but the net income from this must exclusively benefit the foundation's public benefit purposes.
