The company's purpose includes all activities in the field of sports, sponsorship, prize money collection, management of intellectual property rights, notably the right to image, as well as all activities in the field of real estate, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, leasing, administration, and management of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the purchase, sale, and holding of valuable movable property (notably cars and other collectible vehicles, watches, jewelry, works of art). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or to companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
