The company's purpose is to market all types of agricultural or processed products, manage one or more storage points and order preparation platforms, and more generally, all operations, of any nature, legal, economic, financial, civil, commercial, movable, immovable or industrial, related to the aforementioned object or to any other similar or related objects, likely to promote, directly or indirectly, the purpose pursued by the Company, its extension or development (in Switzerland, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company is also entitled to participate in other companies, acquire and sell other companies, establish branches and create subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It is entitled to acquire, manage and sell securities, intangible rights as well as real estate and conclude transactions having a direct or indirect connection with the corporate purpose (in Switzerland, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company is also entitled to conclude loan agreements as lender or borrower, grant guarantees and provide surety.
