The Company's purpose is to purchase, sell, construct and lease, as well as manage real estate, condominium apartments and any operations connected therewith. The Company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, or provide guarantees of any kind, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfer or assignment of the Company's assets, for its own liabilities and for those of other companies (including the direct or indirect shareholders of the Company or companies in which such shareholders have a direct or indirect interest), or provide guarantees, issue sureties or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these other companies, for consideration or not. The Company may also engage in or participate in a cash pooling operation with the aforementioned companies, including periodic balancing of accounts. This is possible even without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the Company's profit motive and with a concentration of risk. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are suitable to promote its purpose or in relation thereto.
