May, in connection with its activities, acquire, develop, manage, and exploit brands, licenses, patents, as well as technical and industrial knowledge for its own account or for third parties. May conduct its business worldwide (through representatives, intermediaries, subcontractors, on a fiduciary basis, or otherwise, alone or with third parties). Is authorized to engage in real estate transactions and participate in all types of business. May lend money in any form to group companies and third parties or borrow from them, grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including their direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, and provide securities of any kind for the obligations of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for consideration.
