The company's purpose is the creation, development, exploitation, and management of all software, platforms, and/or online portals in any form, on any medium, and in any field, including but not limited to financial investment, as well as engaging in all activities in the real estate and construction sectors, including the purchase, sale, and enhancement of properties, construction, management, brokerage, promotion, general contracting, and enhancement of all real estate assets, all within the limits set by the legislation on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), as well as taking stakes in all industrial, commercial, financial, and real estate companies (with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests. It may also be part of a group of companies and participate in a cash pooling system that allows it to provide financial assistance to other companies in the group, Swiss or foreign, through loans granted to the parent company (upstream) or to subsidiary companies (cross-stream) at market conditions or to the extent of its freely available own funds and in offsetting them or to receive financial assistance and borrow money from other companies in the group or from third parties.
