To promote and support the social, cultural and sporting life in the villages of Diesbach, Hätzingen and Luchsingen, and to contribute to making these villages more attractive as places of residence. The boundaries of the current unified municipality of Luchsingen are decisive, i.e. to the right of the Linth, the area between Diesbach and Rotrunse, and to the left of the Linth, the area between Schwändibach and Steinigenbach. The foundation can provide contributions in the areas of education and social welfare, provided that sufficient other means are not available; support the activities of associations, as well as the organization of exhibitions, concerts, etc. or the establishment of libraries or collections through contributions or in other ways; contribute to a more attractive rural infrastructure and to the preservation of monuments, natural beauty and the special character of the place, whether through investment contributions or in other ways, and provide contributions to public investments, insofar as this reduces the direct burden on the population through earmarked levies.
