The purpose of the company is to hold, rent and manage real estate, as well as to conduct all other real estate transactions both domestically and abroad, in particular the brokerage, acquisition and sale of developed and undeveloped land, as well as the planning, construction, renovation and repurposing of buildings on its own account and on behalf of third parties, and the development of real estate as a general contractor. The company may participate in other companies, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, grant loans, provide unencumbered mortgage certificates on its own properties to third parties as security against payment, acquire, encumber and sell properties, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose.
