The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and finance companies in which it has a participation. The company may engage in financing, investment and lending transactions of any kind, provide guarantees and securities for the benefit of third parties, including companies in which it has a direct or indirect participation, as well as direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these direct or indirect shareholders of the company have a direct or indirect participation, whether against payment or not, and even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of third parties. The company may also enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that serve to promote the company's purpose and are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may engage in all transactions that are suitable to promote the development of the company and the achievement of its purpose.
