The purpose is to supply the members with drinking and utility water, with the supply of drinking water having absolute priority, to provide utility water, as far as possible, for commercial operations, to maintain a constant fire reserve for the cooperative's hydrant system, and to sell water to other public and private entities, as far as possible; it can also supply water to non-members.
