The company's purpose is to operate, under the name TOP Marché, a store selling food and non-food products, including wines, tobacco, newspapers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as the operation of a tea room and all activities and services related to catering. It also aims to operate a construction company, civil engineering works, as well as all other activities in the fields of construction and site management, the purchase, management and sale of real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAE). The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
