All commercial or financial activities for its own account or for the account of affiliated companies, in Switzerland or abroad, in particular in connection with the trade of raw materials and their derivative products or any commercial or financial activities related thereto. The Company may provide all activities for the benefit of its group companies, as well as all investments, purchases and/or sales, construction, taking or leasing and management of assets related to raw materials. The Company may take participations and/or invest in any company active in the trade of raw materials. The Company may also grant and issue credits, financings, guarantees and all kinds of securities in favor of companies affiliated with it. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, related to the above-mentioned objectives.
