The association aims to establish and operate day-care centers as well as provide services in the areas of education, training, and care. The association is non-profit, does not serve self-help purposes, and does not pursue any gain. Any surpluses will be allocated to the new fiscal year to ensure future projects. The association may engage in all activities that are related to the purpose of the association. The distribution of dividends and bonuses is excluded. The association may establish branches and subsidiaries in the country and abroad and may participate in other companies in the country and abroad as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property in the country and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
