The company may engage in any industrial, commercial, financial and other activities in Switzerland and abroad, carry out transactions and conclude legal transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company or are suitable to facilitate or promote its achievement and/or the development of the company. As a result, the company may in particular establish, set up, dissolve or liquidate companies of all kinds, branches and other representations in any form in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, merge with other companies of all kinds, acquire or sell shares in other companies.
