The Company's purpose is to provide a technological platform (including both hardware and software solutions) for remote monitoring of individuals, offering electronic monitoring solutions based on a SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription model. The Company may trade in goods, acquire, operate and manage brands, patents, franchise licenses, licenses and intellectual property of all kinds, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also acquire interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
